the normal transfer of title (applicable for titled property).
— Review the Sellers' documents.
— Drafting of Promise to Purchase Contract (if necessary).
— Drafting of Buy/Sell Private Contract (if necessary), notarized.
— Drafting of Buy/Sell Contract-Public Deed, notarized.
— Draft Meeting of Shareholders of client corporation, authorizing
the purchase.
— Coordinate closing of the transaction, including signatures and
payments.
— Registration of the Public Deed (Buy/Sell Contract) at the Public
Registry (applicable for title property).
— Transfer of Title at the Public Registry (applicable for title
property).
— Necessary Meetings at our office.
